We celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniversary the past weekend. No clue to where we were going 4h45 in the morning we arrived at Bill Harrops Original Balloon Safaris @ 5h30. It was absolutely a stunning experience. Hovering over Beautiful Magalies an hour flight felt like minutes very serene and calm. The best was landing on the trailer to take us back to a wonderful warm breakfast to enjoy.
Wait there is more :) I was yet again in the dark to where we were going and arrived at our Wedding Venue Glen Afric. Game Drive, playful Elephants, gorgeous Tigers & beautiful Lions.
It was a wonderful experience we will definitely not forget.
Being Wheat Intolerant it is such a mission to cook & bake for yourself. Imagine NO Pizzas, pastas, cakes, muffins even Bread!!!
So here is a quick & easy way to make your own Wheat Free Muffins.
1 x Nature's Choice Basic Muffin Pre-Mix -youmight think this is cheating I think making life easier :) 2 Eggs 2Tbl Spoons Sunflower Oil 1 cup Milk. Add your choice of filling (Cheese, Fruit, nuts etc)
Mix the dry & wet ingredients. Preheat oven to 200 degrees & bake for 20 Minutes.
We celebrated my Sister's second pregnancy & held a fun relaxed Baby Shower for her. No Frills & Fuss. We hope you like the photos & Baby No2 will bring you as much joy and love as Divan has.
