So here is a quick & easy way to make your own Wheat Free Muffins.
1 x Nature's Choice Basic Muffin Pre-Mix - you might think this is cheating I think making life easier :)
2 Eggs
2Tbl Spoons Sunflower Oil
1 cup Milk.
Add your choice of filling (Cheese, Fruit, nuts etc)
Mix the dry & wet ingredients. Preheat oven to 200 degrees & bake for 20 Minutes.
Viola 12 perfect yummy muffins to enjoy!
